Original a chance discovery in Hillcrest Hamilton. Very popular mango shaped freestone plum – yellow flesh & sugary sweet heavy cropper, weight of plums can break branches. Naturally tall profile so prune to a stockier shape. Nothing is perfect but this one close – just be careful on eating – the stone or seed seems to create broken ends on the stone which can play havoc with yr teeth….
